I use Calendly to manage bookings and appointments; when you book a call with me, the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and any notes) are processed by Calendly on my behalf. I do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, and neither I nor any partner platform (including Cultiv8tiv) store your data beyond what is needed to deliver the specific service you have requested.
I may also disclose your information where required to do so by law, or to protect my rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
My site uses Google Analytics to help me understand how visitors use my site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at my site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information, which is processed anonymously in aggregate. Most web browsers allow you to control or block cookies through their settings; blocking cookies may affect some features of my site.
DATA RETENTION
I keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Enquiry and prospect information not converted into a client relationship is generally retained for a limited period before being deleted.
